Hello! I'm glad you are here!My name is Roksana, also known online as pomchien, I am a self-taught artist based in the UK. I have been creating ever since I can remember, and doing it professionally for around 4 years now.I specialise in portraiture and illustrations, with main focus on pets, nature and wild animals - although I am very much open to all kinds of other types of work!
I mainly work in digital, watercolor and ink mediums.I also recently started my small online business - selling stickers, postcards and I'm looking forward to creating all sorts of stationery!

✿ terms of service ✿
Ownership of Copyright/Copyright Licence1. The copyright in the Work, including all preparatory designs for the Work which includes but is not limited to sketches, graphic works, project development, production drawings, models, characters prototypes and other matters (“Artwork”), commissioned by the Commissioner shall be retained by the Illustrator.2. The Commissioner or the Client (where the Commissioner is acting as an intermediary) is granted a licence solely as specified and for the usages set out on the listed commission.3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Illustrator shall have the right to use the Work and Artwork for the purpose of self-promotion, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.4. The licence hereby granted is conditional upon the Illustrator having received payment in full of all monies due.5. The licence hereby granted is personal to the Commissioner or the Client (where the Commissioner is acting as an intermediary) and the rights may not be assigned or sub-licensed to any third parties without the Illustrator's prior written consent.6. The Commissioner accepts that the use of the Work and Artwork is restricted as specified in the commission listed. Further use of the Work or Artwork is subject to an additional licence to be granted by the Illustrator. Both parties shall negotiate the terms of the additional licence in good faith.Payment7. The Fee is payable in USD, inclusive of all of the Illustrators expenses and preparation time.8. The Illustrator requires an upfront payment of the total agreed upon or 50% of the total agreed upon.Cancellation9. No refunds or cancellations.Changes10. If the Commissioner changes the brief and requires subsequent changes, additions or variations, the Illustrator may require additional payment. The Illustrator may refuse to carry out changes, additions or variations which substantially change the nature of the commission.Artwork11. The Artwork shall not be intentionally destroyed, altered, retouched, modified, traced, or changed in any way whatsoever without the written consent of the illustrator.12. By commissioning the Illustrator, you are trusting their artistic choices. The Illustrator will refuse to directly copy another artist's work.Credits/Moral Rights13. The Commissioner shall ensure the Illustrator is credited in any editorial and non-editorial use of the Work.
✿ commission rates ✿
My rates generally range between 200-400+ USD.My rate is very much individual to the request and depends on the complexity of the artwork as well as the time and work put into it.For a price estimate, contact me through email ([email protected]) providing any necessary reference pictures as well as a brief description of the ideas for the artwork. I am also able to suggest my own ideas if needed.
✿ commission process ✿
The turnaround time for an artwork is usually between 1-2 weeks.I provide the artwork as a high-quality digital file that can be printed out on your own if you wish to do so.Once we agree on going ahead with the commission process, an upfront payment through Stripe (50% of the total) is required before I start working on the initial sketches. A final, full-resolution version of the image will be provided once the full payment is received.I will provide a preview of a sketch and color layout for your final approval before I start painting the portrait. At that point I'm happy to make any changes. I will also provide work-in-progress images of the portrait once in a while.I put my whole heart into my craft! I am also very much limited by time when working on commissions. For a smooth process, please look out for any update emails.
